There was a time when I wanted to move forward but didn’t yet have the tools to do it. I was motivated, but access to the right education and training made the difference between wanting more and actually being able to build it.

Learning in the right environment helped me gain skills and confidence at the same time. It wasn’t just about information. It was about being shown what was possible and being given the space to grow into it.

Because of that access, I didn’t have to figure everything out on my own. I was able to start with more knowledge, more clarity, and a better sense of direction. That changed how I approached my goals and how willing I was to take the next step.

I carry that forward now. Having access reminds me how powerful education can be and why creating opportunities for others to learn matters. When someone is given the right tools at the right time, the race ahead looks very different.
